Thankful

Since tomorrow is Thanksgiving I decided to do a little post about the things I am thankful for, kinda lame, but eh...once in awhile I get all sentimental. I'll try to make this short and sweet.

What I am most thankful for is my 2 amazing kids! They are absolutely everything in the world to me. They just love me for me, no expectations, no nothing, just love. Last night in her sleep Saige was saying mama, and it was the cutest darn thing! Melts my heart. That this little girl just loves me so much! And Shaney, oh my, my little man who is growing up. He might not be as cuddly as his sister is, but I know he loves me. He tells me so all the time, with a kiss to my arm or shoulder, or whatever he can reach. lol. They have made me a better person, and I LOVE being their mom. Love you Shane and Saige!

I am also thankful for my amazing hubby. He might be the worse listener ever, and I am constantly repeating myself, which drives me crazy, but he works his butt off for us, and would do anything for us! We have been married 7 years now, and although we have had our bumpy patches, we have a really good marriage, and love each other unconditionally. I really must love him to put up with his smelly butt! : D Love you Dale!

And something else I am very thankful for is the fact that since having children, I have grown and matured so much! I can see things from a totally different perspective. I know what truly matters in life, and what is worth fighting for. And one thing I have gotten back this year, is a friendship, that I almost lost. A few years ago I got in a silly little fight with someone, and just recently we have reconciled. I will forever be grateful for this, because this is one person, who I want in my life always! She gets me, and I get her, and we just belong together as friends. Love you jseb.  (old ladies with blue hair and blonde stripes on rockers!)

There are of course many other things I am thankful for, but right now, those are the important ones off the top of my head. I hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving.

Be thankful for what you have; you'll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don't have, you will never, ever have enough.
